"I bought cabinets in 2020. I never received the 8 of the handles. I called multiple times and have never heard anything back. The original interior designer was awesome and responded fast and always answered my questions. I called in 5 months ago and asked to fix this mess and they told me "why are you calling now? It's been 3 years" I told the guy I have called in 8 times and never received a response. He had Brandi (the new interior designer) call me back. Idk if she is still their current interior designer but she never responded to my texts after our first initial phone call. She told me to bring the cabinet handle in to see if they can replicate it. I informed Brandi that i was sending my sister to bring one of the handles in and when she did they told her that the company had shut down. (Which I already knew since 2020) I finally got sick of the run around, and I purchased handles on my own that don't match for $160. I spent over 6k on cabinets originally. Overall, it was very poor customer service. I also purchased multiple things from there when I re-did this house."

"Ordering materials was easy and the staff was helpful. I didn’t end up needing what I had ordered and requested a refund from Beau. He become much less friendly and communicative at this point. He mentioned that restock fees could apply but he wasn’t sure despite me not picking up the materials. After not hearing back about the refund for a week I called again and spoke with Jim who promised to look into the matter for me and call back. Unfortunately he did not. I called third time a week later and spoke with a third employee who directed me back to Beau. He called me back and stated that I must wait until the truck comes again around an estimated date before they would cut me a refund check for an unknown amount. Beau and Jim made me feel that my request for a refund was unimportant to them and they displayed that by not owning my issue and following up with me. I had to call repeatedly to force an answer out of their staff that was still less than satisfactory. Will avoid doing business with this establishment in the future due to poor service on the return end."

"This is a very knowledgeable lumber company with excellent customer service. I recently used their services to purchase some Baltic Birch plywood. I completed the purchase over the phone and was able to pick it up a few days later. Super convenient and I knew I was going to get exactly what I needed."
