"This is a review of Control - Matcon from an employees perspective. Control will hire from local temporary employment agencies and promise the employee employment within one year. When the one year date was getting close, the group of people I started with where told we were switching to another employment agency. In turn denying us company positions. Within one year 100 employees started and either left or their assignment was terminated. The unprofessionalism of management behavior and favoritism of employees that are their friends outside work make it an impossible goal to get hired unless favored. I hope this information will help you spot the lies and terrible tactics management uses to manipulate and use temporary workers."
