"This Hardware store is one of the BEST! I ordered brand new door lock, which arrived with none of the bolts & screws, required to install. Armed with the door lock, I entered the hardware. The gentleman working at the time, took the door lock, along with the instructions & gathered every bolt & screw required to assemble the lock. He then took The time to completely assemble the unit. You dont get that kind of service anymore! It was greatly appreciated!"

"Negative 0 if I could. Yesterday, I was going to buy a new horse trailer. I get to the guys house and I needed a different size ball. I see that it was 645 and I would barely make it to true value. I called them and asked if they could get the item I needed ready and I would be there at 7pm on the dot. He said that they close the doors at 7pm and asked if I would be there then and I said I understood and yes I would. I get there at 7pm on the dot, get up to the door and it was locked. Suddenly I see a motorcycle, and 2 cars which obviously belonged to the employees all go Speeding out of the parking lot on me. Not regularly driving. My husband and I were appalled at the customer service. I have never been treated so badly. The least they could have done was told me no on the phone or even told me that at the building. I am very disappointed in how they treat their customers. I expect more from smaller businesses. I know that farm and fleet could have and would have gotten the job done for me if I asked them of it."
