"The worst taco I have ever had! Grandma’s was closed so we tried 3 bacon & egg tacos. The bacon was gummy and mixed in with egg which tasted like it was at least a day old. Tasted more like cardboard and no amount of hot sauce made it any better. Years ago this was a good place, but quality has really gone down not to mention they charged over $9 for three tacos! Give me a break, a dozen eggs these days cost $4.80 for premium Jumbo or 40 cents each."
"Great tacos but I go threw a drive threw to not have to get off but when you have to get out to get your own ice well may as well stop at a regular store it’s only 1 girl guess she thinks she’s too good to have to go out and get it for the DRIVE THRU customers"
"The service gets one star this is the sixth time I have came to get tacos at and the doors are closed . Because the staff that take the order fails to show up on time and they open at six and it was nine when I tried to get tacos. If they didn't hire kids they probably wouldn't have this problem. The kitchen staff get 5 stars they are great and show up on time"
"Breakfast is always a winner here. The tacos are big and the salsa is great. But I just finished one of the best burgers I've had in years. Reminded me of the mom and pop burger shops from when I was a kid. Tasty, toasted bun, crispy edge on the patty, thick fries, a panoply of flavors. If you haven't eaten here, you are missing out."
"It used to be our number 1 favorite spot for years. Some girls will be having conversation on the phone while serving me. Rude! One would always have an attitude (like leave if you hate your job).. But we kept going back because of the big tacos. For the past year the tortillas have been old, like hard and over cooked....also the prices went up, so that was the deal breaker. The cooks are real nice tho. So I definitely make a trip to Jourdanton for Chile Bandera , tortillas are freah and soft, they have good deals on tacos buy 3 for a low price. And food is delicious!"
