"Paul is a commercial insurance expert. His experience is invaluable and my family seeks him out for commercial insurance expertise because of his residual knowledge in this area."
"As the owner of Hook-N-Haul dumpsters and long time Austin resident, I’ve never worked with a better insurance agency. Their competitive pricing is only surpassed by their outstanding customer service. Look no further for all of your insurance needs."
"I called the 800 number, and had a horrible experience. I talked to Rebecca Kirby, and let me tell you, she is awesome. She genuinely cares, and goes the extra mile to understand what you need, and helps you get it. I was done with Bristol West, but after talking with Rebecva, i wont go with anyone else."
"We switched to Farmer’s through Paul Lepota, then got rear-ended just a few months later. Even though the accident wasn’t our fault, Paul’s office was awesome about following up with us and making sure we were moving along in the reimbursement process and being taken care of. Rebecca called to check in every time she said she would. We were really impressed! Their rates were several hundred dollars cheaper per year than State Farm (for home and auto insurance) for nearly identical coverage."
"We have been using the LaPota agency for a couple of years now…after having been with State Farm for 26 years before. I decided to check on coverages and prices, and Paul's agency was near by. So, I was able to meet with him face to face. I know we can buy insurance from a electronic agents on thousands of web sites. I happen to feel that a handshake and face to face discussions cannot be beat! It’s hard to do business that way these days, I suggest meeting the LaPota folks just once if at al possible. Either Rebecca or Paul follows up on any communication, whether we talked about premiums, claims or alternate/additional coverage. The agency is very proactive, and likes to call their clients to be sure everything is okay...rather than wait for calls from the few clients who may not be satisfied, (usually because they/I didn’t understand something.) The agency offers analyses to review your entire insurance program. Example: an overall $1 million “excess" umbrellas policy, in addition to your homeowner’s and auto insurance. Your basic package of car/homeowner will be adequate “most’ of the time. But you’ve heard about neighbors suing neighbors, or others. The price for an excess plan is low because your basic insurance usually covers most losses…so the company's risk is relatively low. But for a few dollars a year, why not have a high-limit, wrap around security blanket. And there is no “pushing,” or uncomfortable sales tactics” to buy anything else. Listen, learn and you make the decisions, along with the pros from Farmers. We bought a new car in January, and had it insured of course with Farmers. My wife had a slight front end collision the first day she drove the car. The “slight” bump added up to over $6,000…and you couldn't even see it! Farmers made status phone calls to the repair shop, and others, on our behalf, just to be sure things were going well…as much as possible! One of the front end collision sensors was damaged, but we didn’t know it until after getting the car back the first time. The part was on back order, and ended up taking nearly two weeks to come in. On at least four occasions, in the mean time, Rebecca called me to check about the part’s status. She would always ask to see if there was anything she or Paul could do on our behalf. I recommend contacting the agency for an initial discussion. It’s a reality that most, or even all, of your communications will be done by phone, web and email, and the agency is up to speed on all the hi tech world of communication. But…if you can take the time, go out and meet the folks at Farmers. Craig and Barb Olson, Tera Vista"
