"Male nail tech who sits in back cut a small chunk of my actual flesh off of my finger with the cuticle clipper.. seemed in a rush (wasn’t busy). My finger was bleeding non stop and he just put the paint over top of it..he said nothing. I left with my finger still dripping blood. Besides the injury, they just don’t look great. I had a woman last time and she did great! Wish I could request her next time!"

"I definitely will not be coming back. I shouldn’t have to tell my nail tech what to do, missed placing acrylic on sides of nails until I commented about it, never used the drill once, ombre was ruined..ect. Acrylic is all over my hands/cuticle area. As a self taught nail tech and college student this is not ok. Nails are very bulky, and way over priced. I paid $120 for something that shouldn’t have been anymore than $60"
