"Riverside mall location: Manager Janet would not discount boots that are scuffed that we were willing to take due to time urgency. it was the last size 7 in women's and they expect some other customer, who would be an idiot to pay full price for a black scuffed boot. will not be shopping here. we were looking to buy 2 adult size boots. horrible service. small selection.. and what they have is probably damaged merchandise. check what you buy if you buy"

"Worst place to shop at. Young girls working here have never acknowledged any customer walking in. If you are looking for a specific size you have to chase them down for a while. They just chit chat with each other even at check out. No sense of customer service whatsoever. Return policy is crazy for such expensive items you do expect a descent level of customer service. I would recommend anyone to make the drive to OK Corral in Chicago for any items you may need from this style store or simply shop online. The computer or cell phone will service you better than whatever KIDS they have working here."
