"I had a amazing time in this crocs store on Tuesday morning. The manager Jessica went beyond to talk to me even gave me some inspiring feedback even I was showing that I was sad. Some stores just think that’s selling items is all they have to do but I can see why they made her a manager it’s people like her who can make someone’s day by just being nice and talkative. I’ll return back to get more crocs in the future and it was well worth the 25 minutes drive I took to get there."
"The store was very busy and all staff were occupied with other customers. Wouldn’t be a problem but… they put the smallest size shoes on the highest racks!!! People with big feet are generally tall and can reach the higher rack. I am short and had to pull up a stool and then jump to knock down my size. Please put smallest shoe sizes on the lowest racks."
