"Hi stopped in this store randomly to look for another pair of Hoka’s. Kenny Jergesen was very helpful with my issue. When he looked at the color and style I was looking for he said they didn’t have it at the store. He offered to order the specific one I wanted. I was very hesitant to order assuming something would go wrong or I’d wait forever to receive them. Since it was Labor Day when I was in the store. He assured me that they shoes would be the right size and color. He gave me a timeline for delivery. I actually received the shoes earlier then expected!! I received them Thursday of that week. Right size right color!!! Thank you so much for making my first experience such a good one!! I’ll be back for sure!! Kenny is the manager of the store… go see him you will not be disappointed!!!! Great experience!!!"

"JOE AND BRADLEY, I THANK YOU!!!! I stopped in randomly when I was at Woodfield as my daughter was looking for the perfect pair of Nikes. Not only did she find the pair she wanted, I also left with TWO pairs of shoes from the company's in house shoe named Rival. They are comparable to Hokas, and I am in the dental field in oral surgery so most of my foot pain has been subsided by these shoes! Joe really sold me on the company's shoes over the Hokas or On clouds and the comfort is unmatched. I left in total with 3 pairs of shoes $300 later! lol I did not experience any racism as the previous review..my little girls are biracial black and white and Joe really showed us so much compassion and went above and beyond!! The store got busy and they handled greeting and helping customers well. I will be back for more. For those with foot issues, plantar fasciatis, flat foot, please try Rival shoes brand exclusively there!"

"Stopped in on a busy Saturday and worked with Joe, he was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a ton of options as we moved through measurements and different styles. I have a difficult shoe size and Joe was able to get me set up with 3 pairs of shoes that fit amazing. Highly recommend this location and Joe. The whole team was great to work with and the store has a ton of options."

"First and last time I visited this store. Racism!!!! I was in the store for more than 15 minutes as I wished to try on the Hoka brand that my coworkers highly recommend. Unfortunately, the store assistant only assists and greets white customers, and no one comes to ask if I need anything. NOT recommend this store to people of different colors people."
