Reviews
"Took a pair of boots back that the sole failed on. They questioned me about if I worked with salt and then my occupation. In which "Perry" told me that my boots are not for that kind of use and there was nothing he could do. He also told me red wind does not warranty any soles. I will never give them another penny."
"Please be open when your door and Google has hours listed. Made trip to buy boots and you were closed at 3 pm on sunday."
"Worst experience I’ve had with Redwing to date. Bought new boots for work that just happened to be redwing worx. Was told since I wore them once to work that even though I am unable to wear them because they are pinching my feet that they don’t honor the 30 day return policy and they are mine. They were bought through a company account and I will make sure they are aware and look into different options when it comes buying boots in the future. I feel like this could have been avoided if the person working would have taken the time to measure my feet before taking my order."
"7 years of shopping here thrown out the window. We were called “difficult” because we didn’t want to buy what the “manager” was pushing. Very hostile from the start. And obviously from the other recent reviews it’s he’s known to be an issue."
"This place needs some quality employees. They sell you defective boots and then the excuse is regarding if they can resell them or not. You sold defective boots, I don’t care what you need to do with them but now I have a brand new pair of boots that make my feet go numb after a half hour. You can look at them and see one is stitched tighter than the other. After talking with Julie on the phone and going back in, Omar was able to get me taken care of."
