If he feels hesitant on working on a particular piece of clothing, he will address it and tell you and set the expectations prior to ever making a move on your piece of clothing. He is very straightforward and direct and will give it to you straight every single time, he stands by his word, and does exceptional work, on machines that outlive all of us. Very very few people in today’s world hold the transparency and honesty that he will give you with his services as well as the quality of repair you will get with him. I would give it 10 stars, but I can only go up to 5. Highly recommend."

"Bob did phenomenal repairing my car Lagerfeld black suede boots, which I somehow managed to get paint on while painting my basement and I ripped the sole off by taking them off improperly.
