"Mario has always done good work, but, this was the first time I've needed his shoe repair services. He took extra care when my mother came in and was beyond accommodating. My mother is diabetic and in a wheelchair. Since these shoes are her diabetic shoes, he offered an appointment so that she didn't have to be without them for long. When I got them picked up and brought home for mom, she cried because they looked virtually new again!
