"I went into boot barn today to get a pair of jeans. I had to ask an employee if I could try on a pair of jeans.. I was there for a good 40 minutes. And never one time did anybody offer any help to me. There was a tall young guy with a beard and kind a long brown hair. He was too busy on a cell phone texting pretty much the entire time And then it was a lady there with a flannel shirt, And she care less about anybody. That was the worst customer service I have ever seen in a long time. I was having problems trying to find a pair of jeans in all Different brands to fit rite. But never once could he put his phone down to help me or could She walked over and asked if she could help me. That is piss poor customer service. I will be calling store manager on this you mark my word!"

"First off, it smells wonderful as soon as you step in the door. They have a very nice selection of clothes, including work clothes that you can't find anywhere else. The customer service was excellent."
