"I went to Belle tire in alsip to have them rotate my tires, since its free because I had them install my tires. My truck went in with four hub caps and now, a week later, two of them are missing. The store manager refuses to reconcile the situation and insists they were put on correctly. These hub caps have been on the truck for over 200k miles and have never popped off for any reason. But now after they rotated the tires, two are now missing. Poor customer service. If they cant even put on hubcaps correct, I dont trust them to do anything on my vehicle."

"Ordered tires and scheduled a date. Shortly after ordering, I got a call from Joe that he would get the tires in today. Joe was able to get me in the same day and he was very professional and explained everything very well. I needed an alignment which was taken care of the same day. I got 4 Toyo tires on my 2011 Ford Fusion. For an old car, it rides great now. Techs did a nice job installing them. Very nice new building with a great lobby and friendly employees. I would definitely go back and I recommend Belle Tire."

"So hubby and I called Belle Tire in Alsip, IL when we noticed our tires were pretty bad. Once we hit a certain speed, we would wobble to our destinations. Joseph answered the call and was very patient, professional and helpful in listening to our concerns. He gave us quotes on different brands of tires and provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We immediately made an appointment because we didn’t want anything bad happening as we are out on the road. We took our car in Friday and Joseph was ready for us with a warm smile when we arrived. He came out to assess our old tires and confirmed that it was definitely time for a replacement of all four tires. He said we were running a risk of a blowout if we didn’t invest in a new set of tires. It took about 2-3 hours for them to check out our entire car to find other things that may needed fixing but the tires were the main issue that time. After the work was done, he was very transparent in the work performed and explained in full detail all charges related to the services. Everyone at this location was helpful and had very good customer service skills. We are so pleased with our new tires and the services we received and would definitely recommend Belle Tire to anyone who needs automotive services. "I had a 9:30a appointment for new tires. The tires i originally asked for, there was a problem with the order. Mike, one of the reps who helped me, talked to me about a different set of tires that would work better and gave them to me for the same price I was quoted. Happy about that. Secondly, his customer service was above and beyond and second to none. I left to go across the street to do a little shopping while my car was being worked on. Mike called me about an hour later to let me know about my progress and also let me in on some more work that needed to be done. After some convincing I went on ahead and got that done, all because of how he made sure I knew what was needed and how he explained the nature of it. There were 2 other gentleman working as well I can’t remember their names but they were great as well. One of the guys even came out to tell me about some brake problems I was having and gave me a little knowledge on how I could work around getting those done without breaking the bank only because I have 2022 which is fairly new. But all in all I recommend anyone that need tires and great service to please go and visit this place. And they just opened hasn’t even been a week. I forgot to mentioned I was out of there by 10:45a. Salute to Mike though he was great, I had to shake his hand twice because I was so happy."
