"I came in on a Friday night and I had a flat tire and I roll on my rim and I bent my rim completely I came in closer to closing time and didn’t know if I would get service. luckily Derek was there and he helped me get my car to stay overnight and the next day so I wasn’t stranded. He also helped me get home and gave me a ride ride all the way from Crestwood to Bolingbrook. Derek then went out of his way to go to the junkyard and get me a rim and tire, Derek has over exceeded my expectations on an employee tire technician and a person. I really don’t know what I would have done if Derek did not help me he also helped me get my money for my work that they were holding. I just want to give an excellent review to Derek at Crestwood because he’s helped me tremendously and changed my life. And the least I could do is give him this shoutout THANKS DEREK"
"I called on a Saturday looking for a quote on new 37 inch tires for my lifted truck. The woman that answered was rude didn’t know anything about tires and told me they couldn’t even find tires that size….being a brand new business in crestwood and a nation wide chain of stores I would expect better. All belle other competitors in the neighborhood could order me or had tires. Terrible customer service!"
