"Took my truck to get an alignment and they never got it right I took it to just tires and they got on the first time RTS is good people but friendship and business are two separate things"

"Trash place. Went to install some steering parts and get an alignment and it took them 3 days just to chop up the stabilizer bracket and install the tie rod wrong. Went back to bring up the death wobble issue not 10 minutes later as it was undriveable and they said it wasn’t their problem as the parts that I brought in is all that they work on. Took it to another shop right after where it was pointed out that the tie rod was installed incorrectly and they will have to reweld my stabilizer bracket. The better shop told me that the parts were all workable with each other and that this place just didn’t do a good job. I hate wasting time writing these reviews but this shop is straight up trash and I recommend you look elsewhere. If you have a shop you go to normally and they’re busy, don’t compromise with these guys."

"Second time going back and still not satisfied. Whent back second time and they said it was off and that they will fix it but looks like I have to go back again. Idk if its just me but you would expect your steering wheel to be center after an alignment."
