"Hi I just wanted to share how satisfied I was with the customer service I received today. I didn't get tires or any service to my vehicle. I had gotten tires at another Belle tire location and had a rebate I Could not get loaded on the computer. I came in Looking for a piece of paper that I needed to mail-in along with my receipt. The man at the desk. I believe his name was John filled out My entire rebate and submitted it for me. "I went in to get a second opinion on a flat repair. Unfortunately my tire was not repairable but James gave me several affordable options. They were quick to get me back on the road even gave me a preferred customer discount even thou it was my first visit. Basically only paid for the tire I needed and installation was free. Definitely will be back for my vehicle maintenance needs."
