"Leo is great to work with and I will always take my repairs there. He is kind and fair. Small business that’s hard to find."
"Jim is one of the nicest guys you will meet. He can repair almost anything! The place may look a little unorganized, but he knows where everything is. Highly recommend if you have a favorite shoe that needs repaired."
"It's local, friendly, good quality, and is a great price. My Irish setter boots had plastic quick hooks that broke, they replaced them with metal loops that are rivited and feel tough. Initially wanted a few days to work on them, but I use them for work and so he made it happen for me, which I'm thankful for."
"Botched repair job occurred in early Nov. 2019. I was so upset when I got home they went straight to the trash and I did not get any pics. They absolutely RUINED my favorite Halloween shoes!!! All they had to do was glue the soles back on!! I cried when I got them home and will NEVER trust them with anything ever again! They had even opened the box and showed me the shoes like there was nothing wrong with them! Shame on me for being polite when I should have show my horror at the terrible job they did! It was obvious that they had been put tightly into a vise with teeth!!!! I attached a photo of what they looked like before I dropped them off (before the soles separated from the shoes because they were about 10 yrs old)."
