"Even though the initial associate I encountered was dismissive. A sale’s associate by the name of Teira took charge, and was happy to help me; even tho she had her hands full with others. Teira was polite, informative, and very patient☺️She helped in more ways than one; even helped me find a wonderful alternative, for what I originally came in for, bcuz they didn’t carry the Brandi was looking for☺️I’m so happy with the alternative, that it’s now my go to!"

"We quickly found what we came in for then ran into trouble at checkout. There was a line because there were only 2 clerks working. We decided to use self checkout, but instructions were less than clear. We stuck our credit card in the reader and it said wait for clerk. Nobody came and my husband had to stand in line waiting until a clerk was available. He asked her to come over. She showed us the step we missed (there was no direction explaining that step) and we were able to complete our purchase. Need more checkout clerks."

"This store is very unprofessional. Make sure you check behind every purchase or return. The wrong perfume was purchased I did a refund the same night I received merchandise credit for part of the refund because I used a gift card. Now that I’m tryna to use to card it’s telling me it’s not activated I called the store to speak to a manager I was hung up on when I finally did speak to a manager they basically called me a liar saying they didn’t see her give me a card. I am very disgusted with the service here."

"Store location very convenient next to the mall and some other stores. Usually good selection of various items from clothing to home stuff. This time I was probably late because I couldn't find many options for what I was looking for, overall I always consider this chain as an option for clothes and some gifts."

"Honestly the store has great potential and is soon to open a Sephora store withing itself but as of right now august 2021 it is somewhat empty of merchandise and little to pick from and honestly somewhat of a mess by where the Sephora construction is going on other then that they have everything neatly in their place and clean they have good brands a little expensive but understandable for what your buying for the size of the store I'm somewhat disappointed on the quantity of options but I'm Shure after Sephora is done they will step up their game p.s. not gonna lie even doe it was somewhat busy I got very quick cashier service Wich was great"
