"I would give 0 stars if that were an option. When I called asking about the types of child seat/child seat attachments/backrest seats to put on the back of an adult bike they had in their store I was essentially told I was making things up, a terrible mother, and an inexperienced and irresponsible person based off of my inquiry. Not only did I know owe this woman employee an explanation, I did anyways explaining why I was interested in what I was explaining and giving examples of when she kept mentioning totally different things that were unrelated she then proceeded to tell me how what I was wanting was “unsafe” “couldn’t be trusted” “I would never put a 5 year old on something like that” “depends on how much you like her I guess haha.” I hung up. I wasn’t going to dignify the uneducated pure rude condescending ignorance of the stranger behind the phone in a bike store. Definitely won’t ever be going there again. If introduced I would be stating her name for reference but all I know is she was a female with a definite unjustified God complex."

"I changed my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. The more I work with the staff at the Bike Shack, the more impressed I am with their knowledge and service. I went here first when I got into biking, and I have no reason to go anywhere else."

"This place is amazing! I brought in 5 kids to learn about biking gear and Pam showed them around, taught them about the different kinds of bikes and functions of the gear, and even let the kids test out some of the gear! She was incredible! Thank you Pam and thank you Bike Shack, I will be back."

"I was looking at getting into riding, and I knew nothing about bikes so I had a ton of questions. I worked with Dan, and he was extremely helpful with answering all my questions I had. The one thing I really respected was he didn't try to upsell me. He asked questions and directed me to the bike that was best fit for me. I highly recommend checking this place out."

"Bike shack has incredible customer service. We have gotten bike racks and our treadmill and they have been super helpful. When I had issues with getting my rack on for the season I took it back to the store and they helped me learn how to put it back on. They are always able to answer questions and don't pressure you into anything."
