"This company is unorganized and then unwilling to pay for their mistakes which were many. I rushed shirts for an out of state event to which I was flying to with more out of state family. They got them in the wrong color so I had to downgrade to a different color so we could match AND to a not as soft stock shirt. They were supposed to be ready Wednesday but didn't email me about the wrong shirt until Thursday morning saying we'll get them to you Friday! Why would I pay the rush fees if I could wait two extra days!?!?! SO now they were a day late on the rush, and I had to then rush around and alter my travel plans to pick these up between the airport and work. I never got a call that they were ready after we spoke multiple times about the urgency that day. Finally when I called to check at 3:30 (and they close at 4:30- so again with the rushing), I was told they've been ready! THEN I unpack the shirts in another state and discover the 3 youth shirts are the WRONG SIZE! And to add to it - even though I ordered 7 other adult shirts I was told I HAD to order 3 youth... even though I only needed 1...so I already overpaid! The owner refuses to fully refund me for those 3 shirts that are now out of state and are the WRONG SIZE (only 50% refund) unless I ship them back, but I'm not having my family deal with this and shouldn't even be asked to after all the issues they caused. I prefer to support a small business, but never this one again."

"I am thrilled with the t-shirts and hoodies from Same Day Tees. I had originally placed an order with Custom Ink 2 weeks before and even paid their "rush fee". Custom Ink fought with me on the design for almost 2 weeks, ensuring me the entire time that the shirts would be ready in time for our charity walk. Five days before our walk, they told us that our order of 160 shirts and hoodies could not be guaranteed to be delivered in time. I found Same Day Tees and emailed them to see if I they could complete the order and ship to me by the deadline. I was shocked that I immediately got an email back from Pete. With other companies, it takes hours or day to hear back. I forwarded the artwork and he again immediately answered me. I wanted some guarantee that the shirts would be done in time and he picked up the phone and called to reassure me. These were two-sided, complex designed prints and I knew that each side needed to dry, so I was extremely worried that they would not be able to be dry and shipped in time. I was also worried that the multi-colored print on the front would be very thick or look funny. At this point I was desperate and did not care about the quality of shirts or the price, I was just happy to get answers from a reasonable person who was wonderful to deal with. They actually printed the shirts and shipped with days to spare. The shipping price was even less than I expected and less than the shipping cost of Custom Ink. I received the shirts and hoodies and was completely blown away by the quality of the shirts and the quality of the printing on both sides. This was our sixth year doing the walk for JDRF and everyone agreed they were the best quality, most comfortable shirts we have had. In addition to the quality and service surpassing all of my expectations, the price was LESS than Custom Ink. After a horrible experience, Same Day Tees has now gained a customer for life. I would highly recommend their products and services. They are a class act!"

"There is a six shirt minimum requirement, and you can only buy their shirts. You cannot bring a single shirt in and have it embroidered. They don’t have any polo shirts in stock, you have to order 6 shirts, hope they fit and then they will embroider for you within one week. I can’t say anything about their customer service, because I don’t know and I never did any business with them, I was only looking for one or two polo shirts to embroider and I wanted to bring my own. So I cannot speak about their service or quality, I would assume it’s good. Just wanted people to be aware before stopping in, you don’t get to bring your own shirt and have it embroidered, you have to buy six shirts and all six have to be embroidered. Based on some of the comments I see, they really can’t do shirts the same day, particularly if they’re polo shirts or such, they have to be ordered and ordering takes up to a week. So it sounds like they have to have the shirt in stock that you want, in order for it to be embroidered the same day, otherwise it’s a week. My review is based on polo shirts, not T-shirts, I would assume they have plenty of T-shirts in stock. I strictly went there for workshirts, polo style, and my review is based on that experience."
