"The service is usually good, the ENTRY LEVEL employees are nice. So why am I only giving the store 2 stars you ask? Well 20 minutes ago I asked the clerk where Q tips were. He was nice, he asked his manager because he didn't know exactly where they were and the manager was mean to him for asking a question. It's better to ask and learn then guess wrong. I hate to be a Karen but the clerk just asked his manager a simple question. Treat your employees better."

"Don’t go to their pharmacy! The staff their is rude, and i received a message that my sons antibiotics where ready for pick up, so I loaded up my son who was feeling super sick, went all the way their and they said it hadn’t been processed yet!!! They why tell me it’s ready for pick up??? They told us it would be ready in 20 mins. It’s now 3 hours later and still not ready!"

"I wouldn't even give one star today as I was politely informed by the store Manager Laura I am "more than welcome to go someplace else to get my prescriptions". After ordering RX there you have to go someplace else to pick up? She didn't even answer any of my questions about her store's Pharmacy medication mistakes. Being given the run around. She didn't care that this is even happening in her store? The responses where "I don't know & your not the only customer bs. Would have liked my questions answered by someone who knows like a pharmacist maybe??? She was still speaking over my word's and unfortunately I could not warn her about the crushing migraine moving into my head while she was being unhelpful. There is no more customer service, No care, No concern for they're customers definitely, No Compassion! Especially for the people you claim to help"

"Probably the most unkind pharmacy staff I’ve ever had to deal with at a Walgreens. They refuse to fill orders sent in by a psychiatrist and when they do I’m told “I’ll fill it, but I’m in no rush” withholding mental health medication can lead to hospitalization or suicide. Do better."
