"I purchased 2 sweatshirts and 2 t-shirts almost 2 months ago. I still haven't received a proof of the work. I have called, emailed and sent messages online multiple times. They said my picture was blurry but I didn't send them any artwork. It was just a couple of words off of their choice of text. Stay away from this company! I am still trying to get my money back. They promised me 3 weeks ago they would work on my shirts and send me the proof the next day. Part 2 - I checked my email - you never emailed me back like you claimed but thank you for refunding me the money you owed me."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a hoodie from The Merch Space, and it took a month for me to receive it. When I did receive it, both the front and back were printed incorrectly, as you can see by the upside-down wheel pictured below. Every step of the way, I had to call and text several times before getting any response. I was repeatedly told that my order would be ready soon, but that was never the case. I tried to go to the address listed on Google and their website and was told by the building receptionist that they are no longer at this location. When I asked for a refund for my incorrect order, receiving any response or assistance was again a battle. Do not order from this place it is a scam!"
