"When I scheduled my appointment, I made sure the counter person knew that I wanted my brake pads replaced and possibly new rotors. I also told them I needed an oil change and I needed my car back by noon last Friday. A manager heard our conversation and said the work could easily be done by noon on Friday, if I dropped it off the night before. I did drop the car off Thursday night. The next day, Friday, I heard nothing from Telle, so I called about 10:30 a.m. to check the status. I was then told that the oil change was complete, but they did not have time to do the brakes. Continuing, I need pads and rotors on the front and was given an estimate of $695. I was told I needed to make a new appointment to get the brakes fixed. I asked the woman why no one called from Telle to tell me this and she said that she did call. I checked my cell phone and there was no call from anyone at Telle. I do not have any other phone numbers. I am completely frustrated with my experience as I went out of my way to tell them that the brakes were the priority. They assured me that they could easily get both the brakes and oil change done. I am starting a new job and really needed to get the necessary repairs completed prior to beginning the job. I frankly do not know what else I could have done or said any differently to convey what I needed to be done."

"Once again Telle Tire provided me an economical repair on my F150 pickup truck. In addition they changed oil and checked oil levels in my front transfer case while in their shop for my repairs. Thanks for the great service!"

"I was asked to bring my car in to the Sunset Hills location at 8:00 am on 2/7/23. They were diagnosing a possible transmission issue on my Ford Focus 2012. I was expecting a call regarding the diagnosis in the morning, but when I returned to the shop at 2:00 pm, my car was sitting in the same parking spot with the hood open. I was told that the tech was at lunch and would return with his diagnosis. Around 3:00 pm, I finally get some information that they "think" the problem is the alternator. OK! Then I get a quote of over $1000 to replace said alternator. This was too much to pay for my old car. I was irritated that it took so long for the outcome. It didn’t seem like my time was respected, but I also didn’t communicate that I was not going home. I received a call from Telle the next day to address my negative review, and I was able to resolve some issues with Mike, the Telle rep. It shows good faith that they called me right away and offered to repair an old issue with my car that happened when Telle repaired it last. Telle saved a customer with their attention to my complaints."

"My car was towed here by AAA service following an unexpected blow out of two tires. Despite arriving late afternoon on a Friday they were able to get me new tires and make sure my car was in proper alignment before close of the day. The staff there was very professional and upfront about timing and explaining options. Felt very comfortable and confident in the decisions I needed to make. Will recommend Telle tire in sunset hills to anyone."

"I went to Telle after a totally unsatisfactory experience at Midas Tires. I walked in and asked what they could do for me in a set of AT tires in size 275/70R18 E. I was told they could get the Yokohama tires I was originally looking for delivered for next day installation. I set up an appointment for 9 AM the next morning. When I arrived, they got a bit more information, took my keys, and told me they would start on it shortly. By 10:45, they had the tires installed. I asked about road hazard coverage and they added that for $20/tire. I was paid and out in another 5 minutes. The tires look and ride great! Telle's service personnel were knowledgeable, friendly, able to answer all of my questions, and treated me great! I will return the next time I need a service!"
