"do not go here, terrible management, mechanic messes up, misdiagnosis, worked here for 5 months and watched so many things go down that shouldn’t have. dings cars, doesn’t train employees , lies about what’s wrong with cars, and way more. constant drama and manager cares more about her personal life than helping people and fixing their cars. also, she is very uneducated and knows little to nothing about cars even tho she is the manager LOL!"

"Purchased 4 Cooper tires. After leaving store discovered that 3 of the tires were manufactured in '19 and 1 was manufactured in '21. Called the store and they didn't see why this would be a problem. So far have been unable to resolve the issue. Called the corporate office and they said the ancient tires should not be a problem but I would need to deal with local store in the future."

"Had the best experience. The employees went so far above and beyond. Woman working the inside desk was so sweet and helpful. After arriving late she still took me right in and after showing me problem she and the mechanic (nick) I believe offered to stay 2 hrs late to fix the issues right there n then. When telling me amount it would cost they seen it was high and gave me multiple discounts on services and labor saving few hundred dollars. The woman even went and got one of the parts herself so I could get it done same night even tho they were technically supposed to be off. Amd ontop of all this as if it wasn't enough they were some of the nicest most down to earth people who truly went out of there way multiple times to help me make sure I was able to get my car fixed. They definitely earned my buisness for life n that's saying alot since my uncle is a mechanic with a shop. I'd give em 10.stars.if u could and would recommend them everytime for any of you mechanical or tire needs. Thanks again u guys are the best and will be seeing me again very soon!"

"I came in for a tire patch on my 2012 civic in February. The guy dropped my car out of gear and ran it into his toolbox, causing some through-paint scratches. Nearly 6 months later, I'm still trying to get them to fix the damage. Hood has been repaired pretty nicely, but my door is still waiting to be finished. Originally came here in a rush on a friend's recommendation and a wait time at Plaza, but I can't help feeling like I should have just waited. I will revise my review once the shop follows through, as the $25 tire patch works great, but I'm tired of dealing with the runaround after nearly a month of nice weather. I just hope they will finish what they started before the Winter and rust comes."
