"I have numerous bad experience with you all company. I first placed an order online for my tire to come to you Location I followed the delivery service. It stated that the tire was there, and that it was received. I fought back-and-forth for a couple of days talking to the manager at your location after speaking with the manager, she said that the tire was delivered and another staff member gave her her name on the date of receive th tire and she wasn’t there on that particular day. to me is some type of scandal situation going on there will I ever return to your company Know. I usually don’t allow one person to represent the company as a whole. But going back-and-forth for days speaking to different people they were very unprofessional no customer service skills at all. I also reported to the Better Business Bureau as well."

"The girl at the front desk was amazing at customer service and fast and honest. I think her name is Liz and she had amazing call back. She said she came from the Lemay store. I will only be using this location and I found out they do all kinds of work not just tires. The guy who put my tires on was a fast nice guy. They were an amazing team. I felt taken care of and like the customer service there!!! Need tires go there. This is the Hampton location. The S kingshighway location had the nicest workers they just didn’t have a bay to fit my truck in. But they were extremely helpful and nice. It was -100 in St. Louis and the young guy jumped my truck and told me what was wrong with it. However they couldn’t get it in their bay :( so they sent me to Hampton and I appreciated both stores"

My tire troubles began with a blowout on the highway, and the situation escalated as I discovered the dire condition of my back tires. Initially, I opted for Walmart, hoping for a quick resolution. Unfortunately, my experience turned into a frustrating ordeal, with a two-hour wait only to discover they hadn't processed my appointment properly. Despite a second attempt taking four hours, the saga continued when I realized only three tires had been installed due to seized lug nuts. In a desperate situation, being a single mom with twins and no knowledge of changing tires, I found myself stranded. Triple A was unable to assist, and I resorted to hours of YouTube tutorials in freezing weather. Ultimately, I managed to break the last lug nut the following morning. "Follow-up to a phone call to TireChoice customer service: the rep asked me to show documentation that their shop did not balance my tires. I did it and they called me back and started to process a refund of the tire balancing work. I was ready to recommend this local shop for their solid work in the past five years but now I hesitate! Two months ago, I had two new front tires balanced and installed by them. The wheels installed were shaky and steering was unstable despite new alignment. Recently I found I found the balancing was extremely poorly done. Look at the photo uploaded. Their tech did NOT remove the old weights at all before balancing. Instead, they added new weights on the old weights on the wheels! The location to stack weights was also wrong. The imbalance reads were 1.5oz and 2.25 oz, which was way greater than common. What they did was super unprofessional and unsafe. If you do business with them, make sure you look at what they do before they put things back to your car."
