"I’m giving this place 2 stars just because of the associates with attitudes. 4.5 stars for the cleanliness. I Came in to purchase a Stanley and Mackenzie was the cashier at the time. She was rude, didn’t even care about helping me, massive attitude, & didn’t want to scan a coupon for 20% off when clearly it was the coupon where you sign up for texts etc & it was an exclusive one and I know it works because my sister did the same thing. I’m from the city and people are way more respectful and actually help people here than in the northern area. Oh and to mention when I asked her politely to toss a shopping back for me, she yanked it outta my hand and said have a good day. Like c’mon, ur a teenager talking to an adult? Like retail really needs to step up and actually train their employees."

"I came here with my mom to buy Volley Ball shoes. All the employees were very helpful and nice except for one. We asked for him to bring out a shoes in a different size, and he kindly did so. While we were waiting for that shoe we found another one we wanted him to bring out in my size. As he approached us my mom was holding the shoe about to hand it to him when he rudely snatched it from her hand and walked away. We both stood there in shock. “Yup, Size 10.” He said in a very annoyed tone as he stomped away. He never came back with the shoes, and another employee had to help us. This made me very angry. My mother and I had done nothing to upset this man and he treated both of us with disrespect. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location any time soon."

"Had a really bad experience today while looking for shoes for my daughter. The young associate snatched the display shoe from me when I asked for a second size turned his back and said size 10 got it! And walked away from me to never come back again. My daughter and I were both in shock."

"Nick in the shoe department was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He worked with us for at least 15-20 minutes to fit my son into the perfect pair of sports shoes."
