"I guess I expected too much from Overland Dobbs. I can't believe they thought putting silver wheel weights on a black painted rim was acceptable. The last time I used Dobbs at Manchester, they put black on. And positioned them out of sight. And either the rubber is very unbalanced, or the tech didn't know what he was doing. "I visited this Dobbs location out of necessity today. I live in IL but had gone to StL for a doctor's appointment. While there I clipped a curb and damaged the sidewall of one of my tires. I was WAY too nervous to drive 45 minutes home on the tire, and also not confident enough in my tire changing abilities to do it myself. I quickly pulled up tire shop locations near me and this Dobbs popped up. I explained to the man working there what was going on and almost immediately he had a young man putting my spare on for me. They would not even accept payment for it!!! The man at the counter and the young man who did the work were both extremely friendly and kind.
