"Realized when I wanted to pull our boat out of the lake for the winter that we needed 2 new tires for our pontoon boat trailer. After going to 2 other local tire places and calling 3 other big box tire centers, none had our size in stock. 1 tried to convince me to put the wrong size on. I luckily happened to find Mark Childs tires and gave them a quick call. They actually had the correct size in stock and told me no appointment was necessary, come on over. They also told me the price of tires and installation charge. By the time i was able to get over there they had gotten pretty busy. Manuvering a 25 ft trailer around a busy parking lot is not my strong suit. (I'm a female senior citizen) They said no problem and took my keys and handled moving my vehicle for me. I ended up only having to wait about 50 min and the job was completed and I was ready to go. They parked my vehicle and trailer where it would be easy to pull out. As I was waiting I observed how friendly they treated all the customers and also noticed they weren't trying to up sell or pressure customers to buy unnecessary items. It was refreshing to see. Great honest customer service....no need to go anywhere else when I need any tires again."
