"We had two mowers serviced at this shop which we've used for the last five years. We were happy with their service until this year. Along with the normal servicing we told them that we wanted the blades sharpened on both mowers. They installed new blades on our push mower. In past years, the mowers were returned with sharpen blades. This time, neither mower has sharpened blades. When we called them to tell them that we weren't happy with the blades, the store owner's wife called us back to tell us that if we weren't happy with dull blades, we should take our mowers somewhere else. In other words, we can pound sand. This whole ordeal cost us $226.22.. ."
