I fully trust him to not sale me something i dont need yet. Even a few times when a tire has failed they stand behind what they sell. "I should have written Tredroc Machesney Park a 5 star review long ago. They have been our only tire service for truck, trailer and tractor tires for years. I can't remember ever calling them up and not getting an immediate farm-call to get us up and running again! But today, they went way beyond the call on my car. As I was pulling out of the driveway, I noticed my car had a flat. 1 pound of pressure flat. Called Jesse he answered the phone (how cool is that?) and said he would get me in right away and he did. I had somehow sliced the inside of one of my sidewalls. Jesse's tech got my spare out put it on and ordered my specialty tire and sent me on my way to work. The tire came in later this afternoon and I was back on track Jesse and the whole crew (including Anna, the office manager) are real professionals! Highest recommendation for this awesome place for tires and service !!"

"Bought two steers on Friday. Drove to my parking spot roughly 3 miles away. Monday I’m leaving drive 1/2 mile down the road and the right steer falls off the rim. I felt the truck slide rights and stopped. Call Jesse and Tony they send out a guy who says I hit something and won’t replace the tire or use the warranty. Which I did not! I just wanted the tire fixed so I could leave, but they both insisted I pay for a new tire and said they wouldn’t replace. They don’t stand behind their tires. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO POMPS OR ANY WHERE ELSE."

"Anywhere near Rockford needing commercial truck tires? This is where you want to go. They got me right in, they took their time when wire brushing the inside of the rim before mounting the tire, their prices are fair, and the workers are respectful. I would trust them enough to have my girlfriend get her tire done here without me there and not be afraid they'd rip her off. (Can't say that about every shop). I recommend this place"
