"I made an online pickup order today & the food was ready very close to the pickup time it stated on the app . Food was still warm when I got home, everything was so delicious . My family & I are feeling sick this week & the soup definitely helped along with their papaya green tea, soothing on the throat even when it’s cold . The portion sizes could be a bit larger for the price .. however if you have the money to spend on Panera, it’s pretty worth it . I don’t eat here often just because it’s a bit pricey for the portions you get . But the food is good . For reference I had ordered the pick two - Mac n cheese (small) & half chipotle chicken avocado melt, a bowl of broccoli & cheddar soup, the papaya green tea, and a full chipotle chicken avocado melt . My total was just under $40 . I’m sure there are other places you could get more food than that for $40 however you’re essentially paying for the quality here, not the quantity . Employees were very nice & helpful . Although the ladies by the pickup counter weren’t alerting anyone that their order was ready .. they had the receipts on the bags facing away from customers & they were too far back for anyone to reach to turn them around & check the names . My food was ready & right in front of me & didn’t get it until I asked if it was ready .. just constructive criticism, maybe call out the names as the orders come out ? Just to avoid customers waiting when their order is sitting there . That’s the only issue I encountered ."

"The service at this location is getting worse. I was in the drive thru for cup of soup and drink. The baguette was so hard unable to eat. I was told 20 min wait. I went inside for 1st time order soup and wasn't told long wait. My problem was the cashier wanted to take my cup and pour the tea in cup from bucket he brought from back. I told him that's OK and got lemonade that was terrible with no flavor."

"I stopped by Panera Bread recently and grabbed two sandwiches – quite a nice find! The food was really good; the sandwiches were made just right which left me fulfilled. While I was in a bit of a rush, the service was friendly and quick, which was a plus. Although there was a moment of uncertainty whether they could've accommodate our time constraints, the pleasant atmosphere made it a delightful spot to hang out and unwind. I'd give this Panera a solid 4 stars for getting everything on point. If you're after a satisfying meal in a relaxed setting, you should check this place out."

"Order for dine in a Greek salad with avocados and vegetables soup.Salad was good, soup was warm it would have been better if it was hot. Dine in buzzer was not working properly and server came by the table to let us know the food was ready. So make sure you look out for your food since buzzer doesn’t work properly and your food doesn’t get cold."
