"I paid Jeff Bright $20000 for my 2015 freedom coachmen express. It was my first camper so I went in inexperienced and let my excitement cloud my judgement. Within the first week I noticed all the furniture wearing and then when I thoroughly looked underneath I noticed the brackets that hold the axle on to the frame were literally rusted off. It's a miracle he was able to get it to my house. The floor is giving now too in several areas. They clearly don't inspect these things and do proper repairs before selling. Someone could have been killed riding down the road with that thing. Jeff did the right thing by fixing it but took weeks.tgwncharged me over 100 dollars to winterized the thing. Like wow how greedy can a guy be. Never gave me a discount or partial refund. He was just happy to have sold me that piece of junk and I was stupid enough to buy it. I'm appreciative of the experience so hopefully whoever reads this will be smart enough to take your money elsewhere. This guy is so greedy it's sad to see what money will do to a person. I have no I'll will towards Jeff and the company but I am now more experienced and will not be taken advantage of again I promise you that. We need more good hearted people in this world. God bless America and the entire world because we really need it right now!"

"We had our slide toppers replaced on our motorhome today and they did an outstanding job. Very fast and excellent service! And an extra kudos goes to Tom for helping me out. He was a true God send when I needed a vet for my sweet pup and being from out of town, we couldn’t get in to anyone when we had an emergency. Tom called his vet and they got us right in. I’ve never hugged a stranger like I hugged him today for his good deed. He just jumped right in and helped. I appreciated the compassion and wonderful service on our motorhome."

"I had a coach A.C. failure. Sadly, it was 4th of July week up coming. I was quickly waited on and referred to the service manager, who promptly checked my unit and told me the problem. He said it was an easy fast fix, but the part would not arrive in time before my departure from the area. If I were from this area, I would definitely use their services. Honesty is their greatest asset. Another RV Sales, service dept said to be newer in the area, wanted to charge me $2000 for a $300 fix plus never even looked to see what the problem was. I knew from the moment I pulled in their lot, I best hang on to my wallet. The sales sharks started circling with anticipation. Brights RV was very professional and so helpful."
