"Once your a customer he really doesn’t have time for you. Just keep paying the premiums. He doesn’t want you to ever make a claim. Automatic response is your rates will go up and you will get dropped. We had a claim when he wasn’t available. He never called back. We made the claim to corporate. It was processed and now rates crease or cancellation. Asked him to fix a date as we were moving and he cancelled the trip nsurance too soon. He told us to have our new guy fix it."
