"I'm currently dealing with agws. I bought a vehicle from a big dealership and asked if they had an option to get an extended warranty..I paid 2000$ for their basic warranty with a 100$ deductible. I paid 170$ for a diagnostic fee a few days ago and need a new timing kit as well as waterpump. I called agws They had me send in all my oil changes I had 9 in a total of 45,000 miles.Now they wanted a picture of my tires for the size.On top of they they need a teardown of engine so they can recieve picture of timing belt at my 1000$ expense. I can see how this is going and not a fan of how they run their business. I don't have 1000 to put down for a maybe we will fix it. Would not recommend this so called scum bag company."

"If you are not satisfied with American Guardian, keep in mind you can always cancel your warranty and get a prorated refund of such! The most direct way to cancel your extended warranty is to contact the accounting department at the dealership. The accounting department is usually responsible for processing the cancellation and refund paperwork, so this is the quickest way to complete the cancellation of your extended warranty. I canceled mine immediately after I read all the negative customer reviews. What is the point of paying for a warranty policy that will not pay out, not worth the hassle!"

"This company has lied to the garage my car is at and myself changing stories and reasons for denial to reasons that don’t make sense and are not even related to issue of car in need of repair. The garage has a manufacturers mechanic who is certified with Chevrolet come in and verify what issues are and unrelated to reasons company gave for reason of denial of claim yet they changed reasons for denial every time which still are against what the mechanic stated. The company then continued to misgender me and then refuse to speak to me only talking to garage before cutting them off completely after I had stated I am transgender. Awful company that just scams people while also targeting members of lgbt community refusing them service. Updated 2/27/24 They responded to this with lies about my cars maintenance I have provided all necessary information and services. They are now trying to slander my name by making false claims of no services provided. My car was in garage well within timeframes and mileages for services waiting to hear back from agw which we never heard back until two months after car was in garage waiting then they claimed it was past the time when there is document evidence that they knew about the issue the entire time. We are currently in arbitration and they make a post spreading lies about my vehicles services."

"Horrible company, they make every excuse not to pay. They will pay for a faucet but not anything big. I have a platinum package and i also paid for a tire and rims. They would not pay for things that should have been included. I will be going thru an arbitration, i feel i have been taken advantage of. The axle place and Grand Design are great companies that have been there to help as much as they could. Don't buy their warranty!
