Lids is a franchise so where ever you buy ahead at leads you are able to return it at another lids. Horrible service!!"
"I went yesterday Jan 10 2023 to lids . I wanted to purchase 4 hats. Immediately while I was looking around . Matt asked if I wanted any help. He briefly explained the difference in the hats I was purchasing. Which I wasn't aware of. He provided excellent customer service. I was very satisfied.i also had name inscription on the all 4 hats which took about 40 mins ...The last time I was here which was 2 years ago the customer service was horrible. I had been going to the north star mall location. I'm happy that I stopped by. Matt thank you and I'll be going to your location more often ..keep up the great work"
