"I shadowed here and experienced one of a kind patient care. Dr. Gromov never rushed out on a patient and had ease with both Russian and English explanations. Every time he explained procedures to patients it helped me understand the procedures myself and how to make people less nervous around nuanced approaches/treatments. He runs his practice very well and has a great team around him, it's always nice to learn from the best around so that I can start to feel out the right way to be a dentist (and hopefully a surgeon).
