"Everything is incredibly well done, except for customer service by phone. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue, but I’ve called 3 times and experienced an 1+ hour waits. Not a huge deal because they’re typically pretty good with email, however, that can take days to fully resolve an issue. Whenever I do get connected they are always helpful and get things resolved very quickly. They are pretty much the best and fastest in the industry, but just need to get the phone stuff sorted out."
