"Terrible warranty service and short cuts that you find out were made by the construction managers are not worth the hassle. The contractors are honest and will tell you the truth about how dishonest the construction managers are. They dismiss your warranty requests and regardless of how much you actually know, they will continue to undermine your knowledge and in turn you and your home will suffer. You spend more than half a million (more now that home values have gone up) and they disregard all your legitimate complaints as your home continues to get damaged. We are not the only home owners suffering in Double Eagle Ranch. Others have had septic systems not turned on after they’ve purchased and during walk through asked if anything needed to be done, their questions dismissed and then a week later tens of thousands in damages caused by sewage backup all because the construction managers failed to ensure the septic was turned on. We had engineering issues and flooding caused by grading problems, but all dismissed by a now fired construction manager. To date, only 1 issue has been satisfied. This is unacceptable. Before buying with Coventry, be sure to do your homework, check with homeowners in the neighborhood and ask them about issues. I assure you, they will be more than happy to share."
