Reviews
"I'm been working with Arthur for around 20 years. Good experience."
"This location is really bad at answering emails, which is how I prefer to communicate due to a busy schedule. I would send an email requesting an important action regarding my insurance plan and would have no response until I replied to my initial email asking if anyone was working on it. Another time they had sent an email saying I should schedule a call with a rep to go over my insurance plan to make sure it was optimized to my benefit in regards to policy and price. When I replied with a date and time, the day after the call was scheduled I got an email saying "sorry I forgot to follow up on this, let's try and reschedule." Really? Why even have email correspondence as an option if you're going to completely flub the execution? Anyways, I was not very happy with their service and have since switched companies"
