"I came to the store this afternoon to do a return/exchange on horse tack after driving 45 mins there to learn their return policy is 14 days even though I had the receipt, bags, tags etc. There are no signs of this policy online, in the store, or on their receipts. I have bought a lot from this store. Never going back again. Selection in the store is ok. Slightly overpriced, but I like supporting small businesses. However, they have permanently lost a customer."

"The employees are so nice and helpful! I stopped in looking for two outfits and I left with just that, thanks to the ladies that work there! They really helped me find what I needed because I was struggling to put stuff together on my own (lol). Prices are reasonable! There’s a great variety and a clearance rack! Will definitely be going back!!"

"Brought in an existing piece of clearly used tack so hardware placement could be compared against the ones they sell. Told the lady manning the register about it and got an 'ok' but they apparently still felt compelled to have the security guard stalk and follow us out. I normally try to support smaller, more local businesses but I will not patronize an establishment that treats customers like presumed criminals."
