"If I could give zeros stars I would. The manger, Rosie, harasses and bullies the seniors and takes cash from them for repairs without a receipt ! Beware of this place, keep your loved ones and yourself away!"

"Clean, new, modern, attractive and intelligent floor plans, wide well-lighted access to the living units, architectural attention to Ada, senior needs and lifestyle. Elevator, lower staircase risers and dual handrails. A community center and swimming pool are more than adequate, clean and well-maintained. This peaceful property is small town located, abuts green space, is very quiet, designed and populated by/for 55+ . Level 1 and 2 medical/emergency care (within 30min to Woodlands)."

"STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Management is horrible. I stayed for 5 years and was never a problem. Stayed to myself and didn't bother anyone. I regret ever moving in. Now that I've moved out they've come up with all kinds of bogus charges for things that weren't even in my apartment. I will be contacting a lawyer about it all. Management lies and absolutely has no respect for anybody. They don't do half of the things they should and charge you for things that they shouldn't. I'd give 0 stars if it'd let me. I won't be recommending anyone to stay here."

"I was planning on moving into the complex but after going to the office and dealing with a woman named Rosie, I decided I didn't need all the drama she brought to the table. She was rude, independent, and when other residents came into the office, she yelled at them. Seniors don't need to be treated like they are afraid to speak up. One person was threatened with eviction because she brought a friends service dog there without the offices approval. Rosie told her no dogs were allowed, service dogs or not. Do they not know the Federal laws regarding these working dogs. She said they have the right to make their own laws and not have to follow the state and Federal laws................that did it for me. I will let others know how bad it is to live there. And all these positive comments must be friends of the management because there is no way Rosie is a nice person..............she is controlling and a bully. Also talked to a couple of the residents who said that the maintenance person entered their apartment for no reason at all. ............totally illegal unless there is an emergency repair to be done."

"I wanted to take a moment to say the manager here at 325 Flagship, Diana, is so awesome. She has been so helpful and attentive. She goes above and beyond for the residents here. She even called me on April 3rd to make sure I was able to pay my rent on time. She even stayed late to wait for me to get home from work that day. I was very thankful for that. She helped me avoid a $75 late charge! I call that above and beyond what she had to do. Thank you Diana!"
