"I had Simplified Pools install a new mutliport valve to replace my broken push/pull backwash valve. After the initial installation, there was a very minor leak (drip) from the new valve. When I let Jim know about it, he sent the original installer out to try to fix the problem. When the fix from the installer didn't stop the leak, Jim came out himself and replaced the entire valve and re-did all of the plumbing to make sure it was done correctly. I really appreciate his follow through to make sure I was happy with the service. It's nice to see an owner of a business that really cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make sure they are happy."
