As soon as I walked in Silvia greeted and welcomed me inside the store..measured my feet and even recommended an insole to help my arches. Customer service here is amazing. Will be back soon to buy their slippers. Keep up the good work :)"

"Adrian and Alize are always super helpful when I go in to get boots. They take the time to measure feet to make sure I’m very satisfied. I go in quite frequently and make a point to only go to them, even if that means waiting while they assist other customers. Unfortunately, the other times I’ve gone in and they weren’t there, I’ve encountered 2 different staff members who have not been kind & i have not been satisfied. I was not greeted, nor helped. They stayed on their phone and looked very annoyed while I was asking questions. I asked for a manager at one point but they never seem to be in. Not a great way to run a business. From now on, I call to make sure the 2 employees who care are working before making my drive to redwing."

"I just want to share that even though the website and the store sign has the hours of 11:00 am to 4:00 pm is a lie. I arrived at 3:30 pm and the person was putting shoes away and when we had his attention he just made a sign that it was closed. He didn’t bother at all. What kind of customer service do you provide?"

"At the beginning of the year the boots I was looking for were not to be found anywhere in the country. Fast forward to this week. I called corporate after hours and left a voicemail. After I hung up I sent a message on the contact us from your website. A few days later I received a call from very helpful young lady. (I do not remember her name but I would love for her to get some recognition the call was on 10-13-2023 at 12:33) she asked for the style number size also width. She gave me the number to a store in Utah that had 6 pairs and a store in Illinois that had 2 pairs. 3 min call was all it took. I called the store in Illinois. Again a very attentive and helpful gentleman. I told him what I was looking for, he went and confirmed they had them and he told me about a promotion they had going on and I believe it took $30 off the price. I paid for the boots and he said they would ship out and be no later than next Friday. I then checked my email and had a message from Tim basically asking the same questions as the young lady that called me. I sent him a reply explaining I just got off the phone with her and was very appreciative. That being said, your customer service is top notch. I have been wearing Redwings/Irish Setters for the past 20+ years and will continue to. Customer for life. The only boots I will buy. Thank you! Zak"
