Tony's On Main Street

"Arrived there on a busy Saturday night without reservations. The hostess informed us that the main eating area was all reserved for the night, but said we could go upstairs to enjoy the same food with a lesser wait time. Great! We go upstairs to find no hostess and stood there at the hostess station for 10 min or more without ever getting acknowledged. I know everyone was busy, but if there is a hostess station with a sign stating "Please wait to be seated" just make sure someone is manning it. We'll try again next time we're in St. Chuck."

"The absolute best steaks we've ever had. We get Hannah's combo every time because the steak is tender and flavorful, well cooked, and topped with their signature steak butter, and the chicken is super delish with its creamy, lemony cheese sauce. And the scalloped potatoes are incredible. Service was excellent as well, with prompt friendly server who met all our needs. This is our go-to spot for a quality meal."

"Super ambience and delicious food. We had their potato skins, garlic bread and linguine Alfredo. Linguine Alfredo was too good. We all loved it. Potato skins were good, wouldn’t recommend garlic bread. We went again for the linguine Alfredo, we also had potato cream soup second time. It was good."

"We were in the St. Charles downtown historic district for the first time and wanted somewhere special to have dinner. Our choice was Tony’s on Main. It was excellent! Apparently, it’s a popular spot, as the place was packed with people talking, laughing, and having a good time. Liked the exposed brick décor, but especially loved the canoe hanging from the ceiling, which was unexpected and fun. There are many items on their menu, but I decided to try the Steak Modiga. It’s two tenderloin medallions that are lightly breaded and smothered with cheese, white wine lemon sauce, and mushrooms. Delicious! And our server was terrific, too."
