"Visiting from out of state. Stopped here while shopping nearby and waiting for the hotel shuttle bus. Friendly conversing owner. Cozy family style atmosphere. Extremely disappointed that my take out was 17.95 for one meatball and one Italian sausage, I feel taken advantage of. I do not not recommend."

No sense in even passing out the menus, because John will describe what he's feeling for the evening and after that there is no point in even looking at the menu (you can tell he is passionate about creating amazing dishes). Great service all the way from cocktails to dessert."

I tried everything they recommended and none of it were items I would have ordered off the menu but I was completely impressed and our entire party enjoyed each dish. If you are looking for amazing service, with amazing Italian food and great environment, this is your place. The caesar salad was wonderful as well as the eggplant and veal dishes. We had a few wines. The Mount Peak 'sentinel' was a great cab for the meat/red dishes. Great nose, not too much fruit, wonderful complexity, body and finish."
