Ben, our builder was accommodating to our needs and was great. Communication was hard to come by sometimes though but other than that he was awesome to work with. Our home is exactly what we wanted and Somerville is by far the best floor plan with so many features. Do recommend getting the back sliding door upgrade, it really opens up the home and ties it all together!"
