"My boyfriend & I went on Valentines Day. it was extremely busy which was expected. the service was not good, even my server said herself “sorry if I’m behind, they keep sitting people in my section” for an appetizer we order the flat bread, it was really good. for dinner I order Cajun pasta, it was not good so I sent it back for the pasta shown below. I was pretty full off eating the flat bread & trying the other pasta before I sent it back, so I asked her to make it Togo. I didn’t open my food until the next day at work, & to my surprise i saw a bug in my food. I gave the restaurant a call & could barely get a hold of the manager. they took my name down & someone was suppose to call me back, no one did. so I called again, finally got a hold of the general manager Travis. he stated he would refund me for my pasta & email me a gift card which would only take a day to come to my email. 3 days go by & still nothing. so I called again, & they kept giving me the run around, no manager could speak to me because they were so busy. so I decided to drive up there because they would have to speak to me in person person. as soon as I get there another manager stated that Travis is sick, & have me $30 in cash, & that I should receive my gift card. horrible management/service."
"Did dinner here with a friend, looking to try another new place. It didn't take long to get seated. The server took some time to get to the table but then did a good job taking care of things. Tried the spinach and artichoke did, that was good, but the bread served with was burnt, not good. The lobsters bisc was good. The chicken with eggs was interesting, y but chicken a bit dry. The shrimp/scallopwereas ok, y but the scallopwereas not fresh and a bit rubbery. Didn't really have room for dessert. The drinks turned out really good, that was all dinner by the server, as there was no alcohol in them, still was good."
"In short, upper mid scale chain southern & middle Italian. The food is seasoned but not deeply herb'y. There is a sweet peach quality to the marinara sauce. The bread is ok and slightly sliced. No olive oil, the butter could be richer. The salads are moderate. It's a scale higher Italian Garden with minimal staffing and sparce cold decor. The staff was nice and detail oriented but the understaffing took forever to get water, place your order, & get attention. All in all if you love the sweet light flavor of Italian it's a solid $20/person option otherwise you might be better off looking for more clearly Sicilian or clearly roasted Tuscan."
"Great culinary discovery! This restaurant located in large outside mall, so plenty of parking. We were able to walk in for Saturday lunch without reservation. Chris made our lunch exceptional! All pastas were great, but lasagna was my favorite. You also have to try carpaccio and white sangria."
"Service was okay. Our server was on her second day and didn’t really know much about the menu. Having never been there before coupled with her lack of menu knowledge, we were left to pretty much stay with familiar choices. My wife had Gorgonzola pasta with chicken and I had the Sausage Rigatoni. Both were good and came in a good portion size. Our server was good at checking on us throughout our meal for drinks and anything else we may have needed. Our booth was covered in black duct tape. There were definitely some spots that could use freshening up. Overall, we may come back if we’re in the area, but wouldn’t drive out of our way to stop in."
