"We hired PoolWerx Weatherford to service our pool weekly and were disappointed from the start. I should note that we are located in Weatherford, Texas, not California as Yelp indicates. The technician would leave debris in the pool weekly, algae was actively growing in our pool, and he was not brushing the sides and bottom as the service contract stipulated. We purposely identified an area on the side of the pool that was not brushed after the first week of service and inspected it each week after he left to see if it had been addressed. Each week the algae within that area expanded and darkened. When we brought this to the attention of management, the problem was framed as being our fault. Specifically, our pump has had some issues as of late due to leaves clogging the suction line. However, those issues would not prevent the technician from correctly balancing the water chemistry and brushing the pool. To be clear, the pump was running 24-hours a day and provided adequate circulation to prevent algae growth with correct water chemistry. We provided them photos taken immediately after the technician left (see attached) and gave them an opportunity to make the situation right, but they continued to blame us for the technician's poor work. We fired them immediately and would strongly warn anyone considering their services."
