I'll keep you posted about the new prices and deals, when i renew my policies. Advice: Contact directly with Mr. Rene, the other people in the office does not assist you with good prices, my son tried to get a policy, but he did not contact Mr. Rene and he just not receive good deals, he does not contract with Allstate :("

"Mr Gonzales I did this about a month ago. I complained that at my age 86 and driving a short distance each month that the premium should be lowered on my same policy. No comment from you . Melvin my husband passed away November 16 2019. And I called and changed the name on my policy right away. They want to give me another policy which I don’t want. My husband and I had Allstate for over 65 years. You are always offering new customers a lower price. I do not want to change my policy. I also said on my previous note that I called two or three times and they said you would call back.,that didn’t happen. Someone else called. I think me and my husband are some of the ones that kept you in business. Am I right."
